I’d like to take this time to thank Nicole and the team for making things easy during the process of the sale of my home. Not only did she have great communication, but she also kept me on board with the status of the sale. She was also diligent at all tasks. 

One of the reasons for the sale of my home is because my husband and I decided to divorce. Nicole showed empathy for my circumstance. I actually felt like she became a friend. We stayed in contact throughout this process. Nicole would also periodically text me just to check how I was doing and to assure me that capital was doing everything on their end to make sure things run smoothly and quickly with the sale.

I have had the  wonderful pleasure of working with Nicole and her team at Capital House Buyers. Nicole was with us from the beginning of the transaction to the final day and was an immense help to us with the process. Even when there were bumps in the process (that were no fault of Nicole or her team) they stood with us and offered solutions and at times solved the issues. This group is amazing. We thought of hiring a personal realtor but after the first conversation with Nicole we knew we had chosen the right person. She was up front, honest and so helpful with our “special “ sale of our home. My mother who was the homeowner who passed away just after signing her escrow paperwork caused a monkey wrench into the closing of our house. Most investors and buyers would probably have pulled out of the deal but Nicole and her team stood by us and saw the process to close – never once making us feel like they were unhappy.  They even referred us to the lawyer who had to finalize the deal so that the escrow company would close. That was a blessing to  have someone fight for the right thing all while we were grieving  the loss of a loved one. Nicole and Capital House Buyers are the way to go to sell your home. Our home needed a ton of work and they never once made us feel bad for the way the house had to be left. My mother was in a skilled nursing facility and that left only my sister to move the belongings out of the house. However, she was limited to what she could do and Nicole and her team understood and helped us with informing the buyer of the situation. Long story short, our selling of our mom’s house was a special situation and Nicole and her team made it an easy process and also found us a buyer who gave a good offer on the house despite the condition. I want to personally thank Nicole and Capital House Buyers for all their hard work and help with the sale of my mother’s home . I 1,000%  recommend this company to sell anyone’s home that are looking to sell. They are truly them most amazing team out there.
